We work hard to make sure the items we send you are unique and made to last. All materials used are made in the USA. Felt items can be spot-cleaned or hand-washed in cold water with a mild soap. Lay flat or hang to dry. Washing and drying in a machine will change the shape of the mask, this is not recommended. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your items to be made. You will receive a shipping confirmation + tracking when your package ships!
